Online entry 6 hours race: closing date 8 july 2016.
Entry prices:24 uur van Aalter: €60 (day entry €80)
6 uur van Aalter: €30 (day entry €40)
1 uur van Aalter: €8 (day entry €10)
For al races there is a chip deposit €20 (payed back when returning the chip)
Participants "6 uur van Aalter" 2015 get a reduction off €5 when they subscribe for the "24 uur van Aalter" or "6 uur van Aalter".

Payment confirmation, -reminder
On saterday 9 july we send a payment confirmation by mail. Not payed inscriptions wil receive a reminder mail.
In case of reminder-mail, bring your payment aproval on start day. So we avoid discussions.
Participation-limits
For the different hour races together, maximum 600 runners at the same time are allowed on the track.
Deletion
When a maximum of runners is reached for a particular race, entries that aren't paid after 1 week will be deleted. Also unpaid entries after 12 juli 2016 will be deleted.
Withdraw
Withdraw with a medical certificate before 08 july 2016 (6 uur van Aalter) will be payed back. Without medical certificate €5 adminstration fee will be charged. When withdraw after 08 july there will not be payed back.
Transfers
Transfers to other runners following the same conditions like withdraw. With medical certificate until 08 july free of costs. Without medical certificate €5 administration fee will be charged.
Responsibility
Participating requires a good health. We recommend a preventif visit to a sport doctor. Each runner is participating with own responsibility. Organization can't be responsibal for injury, or loss, theft and/or damage to the equipment of participants, facilitators, supporters or spectators. The organizatian assumes that all participants agree on the "Terms and conditions".
Secretariat
Secretariat on 16 july is open from 15h00.
Numbers
During the race runners have to wear their number visibal on the breast.
Start
"24 uur van Aalter" saterday 16 july at 17h00. Race clock will start at the start of the race.
"6 uur van Aalter" sunday 17 july at 11 AM.
"1 uur van Aalter" sunday 17 july at 16h00.
Hydration stations
There is 1 hydration station. By high tempature there will be a extra hydration station with water only from 11AM until 9PM.
On the hydration station there will be water, cola, sportdrink, salty snacks, bananas, enz
During the races there are parking places along the track for the participants. Participants for the "24 uur van Aalter" can place there cars before the race. Participants for the "6 uur van Aalter" can place there cars before the start of the "24 uur van Aalter" or can email to the organisation to arange a parkingplace. Participants "6 uur van Aalter" without arangement and participants "1 uur van Aalter" can park on parking "Aard".
Finish
When stopping the race early, finishers have to nottify the organisation, and have to give back as soon as possible their chip.
At 17.00 the organisation will end the race with a sound signal. At that time runners have to stop and stay at their place. They only leave this place after the organisation have registered their finish place. After this registration the participators have to give back their chip.
Chip
During the races rounds are counting with a chip. The chip can only rent by the organisation. Participate without a chip is not allowed. For the chip a deposit of €20 is asked. This will be paied back when the chip is returned.
Waste management
In the hydration stations there will be bins. Please have respect for the public road, race tracks, and private property. Leave them without waste.
Guidance
Guidance by cyclist is for different parts of the track forbidden. Therefor runners can't be accompanied by cyclist. During the races also coaches are not allowed to run with the participators.
Sanitary
The track of the "6 uur van Aalter" is using the "Sportstraat". This is the central corridor through the sport center. This zone have sanitary.
Route
The track goes on the public road, tartan and the indoor "Sportstraat". Organisation will indicate the track. Participators have to stay on the track. One round will be official mesured exact 2000m.
Distance
With a chip the laps are counted. In case of technical problems, laps will be counted manualy by registrating the numbers. During the race only full laps are registered. After the race the incomplete laps will be mesured. The total distance is the distance of the full laps and the last incomplete lap.
Intermediate results
Every hour a intermediate result will be announced. Except technical problems. Therefor only full laps are counted.
Infringements
When the jury constatate infringements, the runner will be nottified verbaly. In case of a next infringements the runner will be disqualified. With violations on the waste management, the participant will be immediately taken out of the race.
Results
The results are published in the sport café. Post race day, the results will be published on the website.
Remarks
Runners can make their remarks on the race result to the jury until 30 minuts before award ceremonie.

Prices:All participants for the "24 uur van Aalter" & "6 uur van Aalter" get a technical T-shirt.
For the "1 uur van Aalter" there will be an other price.
Men who run more than 80km in the "6 uur van Aalter" can run the next edition for free.
Women who run more than 65km in the "6 uur van Aalter" can run the next edition for free.
Men who run more than 216km in the "24 uur van Aalter" can run the next edition of the "6 uur van Aalter" for free.
Women who run more than 204km in the "24 uur van Aalter" can run the next edition of the "6 uur van Aalter" for free.

Top 3 Men 6 uur van Aalter: €50 - €40 - €30
Top 3 Women 6 uur van Aalter: €50 - €40 - €30
Podia ceremony is only held when there are at least 10 participaters in the category.

Tracks
The tracks are publisched on the sites of the races. The track of the "6 uur van Aalter" is official messured. It's exact 2000m (Registration Nbr 20120713001A). In 2013, 2014 and 2015 we had a IAU bronze label. For the 2016 race we will ask again the bronze label.
Parking:Participants for the "24 uur van Aalter" can place there cars along the track before the race. Participants for the "6 uur van Aalter" can place there cars along the track before the start of the "24 uur van Aalter" or can email to the organisation to make an arangement. Participants "6 uur van Aalter" without arangement and participants "1 uur van Aalter" can park on parking "Aard". "Parking Aard" is only a few 100m from the start.

Privacy
All participations can ask acces to the data the organization keep electronical. Following the law of 8 december 1992. The participations accept without asking anny fee, that the organization makes and publish foto, film, video, ... of the race-day.
